Tech Cord 5mm x 25m Blue is an exceptionally strong and highly abrasion-resistant cord, featuring a polyester sheath and a 100% Technora® core. This configuration results in extremely high tensile strength, reaching 5,000 pounds for the 5mm variant. Ideal for use in anchors, slinging chocks, and hexes, Tech Cord is also suitable as an emergency rappel line. It's important to note that the tensile strength can be significantly reduced when knots are applied.
