Soak your VitalGrill wood chips in your favorite liquid (water, wine, apple juice etc.) WARNING: Do not soak your chips in any liquid with an alcohol level above 15% Five minute of soaking is sufficient. Take aluminum foil and fold it in the shape of an envelope, insert your damp chips and close the aluminum hermetically. Gently pierce the envelope with a fork. Set the chips inside your BBQ near the burner.
